We ship to other countries at our discretion, depending on the laws of that country. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or ship COD.

We will never ship a substitution - for an out of stock item - without permission. While we keep a large inventory on hand, occasionally due to manufacturer shortages, we may not have all items in stock for immediate delivery. Under these circumstances we make available an expected lead time for the out of stock item, as well as the option of a substitute item if available. You decide!!
